How to use the coupling in a special working environment

When used in a special working environment

In the corrosion-resistant environment, stainless steel couplings such as G1TS, T2TS, G2CS, G3TS, G3CS, and G5CS can be selected. For high-temperature environments, slider couplings G4T and G4C made of high temperature resistant materials can be selected.

2. When selecting, please note that the rated torque on the data must be greater than the system load torque. The rated torque has taken into account the variable load factor during operation, so it is not necessary to adjust the rated torque value when selecting. When selecting the size of the coupling, please note that the load torque generated by continuous operation is lower than the rated torque.

3. Please confirm that the designed aperture and return speed conditions cannot exceed the maximum aperture and the highest return speed on the data. Change the size when either the maximum aperture or the maximum return speed cannot meet the design conditions.

4. Finally, please confirm whether other values such as size and specification table also meet the relevant conditions of the design.
