DIN 3852-3 vs ISO 6149-1 Metric O-ring port

DIN 3852-3 is type F stud ends and type W tapped holes with metric fine pitch thread, for use with compression couplings, valves and screw plugs, sealed by O-ring Dimensions.

ISO 6149-1 is Connections for hydraulic fluid power and general use — Ports and stud ends with ISO 261 metric threads and O-ring sealing — Part 1: Ports with truncated housing for O-ring seal.

DIN 3852-3 is adopted from ISO 6149-1,ISO 6149-2,ISO 6149-3.

Manufacturing processes of DIN 3852 and ISO 6149 stud  Compression tube fittings as follows:

1. Material is cutting into piece, or forged body.

2. CNC machining all ends with precision cutting, one end in one time finished.

3. Electroplating Zinc Chrome CrVI free, thickness and salt spray test 

4. Inspection surface and sample check all size

5. Assebmly the o-ring to Metric stud fittings

6. Put plastic cap into DIN fittings

7. Packed in plastic bag, next cartons, next Pallets.
