Conversion Adapters

Conversion Adapters is normally used to connect the different standard of hydraulic pipe or tubing system during the equipment fittings in the Europe, Japan, UK, USA etc countries It is tube transferring connectors from each other ie: O-ring face seal tube end, DIN 2353 24 deg cone tube end, JIC 37 flared tube end, or female swivel end. To BSPP female swivel is only conversion adapter to hose assemblies. It is tube transferring from Metric tube to Inch tube, to connecting the  different hydraulic tube fittings.  

Conversion fittings is commonly used in industrial and aftermarket applications, it is the basic conversion adapters for different hydraulic tube assemblies, hydraulic pipe assemblies, hydraulic hose assemblies design in one machinery hydraulic system such as metric, inch seamless steel tube fabrication, You will often find this combination of Metric and Inch hydraulic tube hose assemblies during the refit market.

Type of conversion adapter fittings for different tube selections as bellows:

1. Metric hydraulic fittings 24 deg cone end (DIN 3865) End to ORFS tube end, to ORFS female swivel connector end, to JIC 37 deg flare tube end, BSP 60 deg cone end.

2. JIC hydraulic fittings 37 deg flare tube end (SAE J514) End to 24 deg cone end, to ORFS tube end, to ORFS Swivel connector end, to 24 deg cone swivel end.

3. SAE Hydraulic Fittings ORFS tube end(SAE J1453) end to 24 deg cone end, to JIC 37 deg flared tube end, to JIC female Swivel connector end, to 24 deg cone swivel end.
